Today I am going to share a healthy and easy beginner friendly brownie recipe with you all. It is easy to bake plus it’s a healthy option for your sugar cravings.
1 cup Wheat flour
1/4 cup Peanut butter
1/2 cup Honey+unrefined powdered sugar
5 tbsp Cocoa powder/Cacao powder
100 ml Low fat milk/Almond milk
1/2 tbsp Baking powder
3 Chopped walnuts
Take all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add low fat milk/almond milk.
Mix all the ingredients. There should be no lumps.
Line your baking tray with parchment paper. If you don’t have parchment paper, you can use butter & flour method. Pour the mixture in the baking tray. Top the mixture with chopped walnuts.
Bake at 200 degree Celsius in oven for 15-20 minutes.
Baking time might vary for everyone. Please check your brownie after 10 minutes.
Don’t overcook the brownie. It should remain a little gooey.
Serve after it is completely cooled.
